If your Trak Machine Tools Power Tool is producing parts with incorrect dimensions, consider the following: * Review the program for errors like transposed numbers or incorrect tool diameters. Ensure you're using ABS SET instead of INC SET when appropriate. * Verify that the configuration file (Code 313) does not show default values. If it does, load a saved configuration file from the floppy disk in the electrics cabinet using Code 141. * Recalibrate the machine, reset the backlash, and check repeatability and positional accuracy. * Consult Machine Tool & Setup Section 4.1.
