Proper clearances for service access have been
maintained around equipment.
Equipment is level and mounting fasteners are tight.
Piping completed to refrigeration equipment.
All field installed piping leak tested.
Refrigerant charge added.

Main power wiring connections to the equipment,

all equipment installed (shipping materials,
construction materials, tools, etc.).
Compressor and fan rotate freely withou
t unusual
noise.
Inspect all piping connections for leaks during initial
operation
.
