Attention!
The cutting blades shall be replaced
whenever optimum sharpening is no
longer possible.
Never replace only part of the set of
knives. Always replace the complete
set, so as not to damage the balance
of the rotor and consequently cause
vibrations.
Adjusting the distance between bla-
de and counter blade
Each time the blades and counter blade are
removed (disassembly / assembly), before using
the machine again, adjust the distance between the
blade and the counter blade by 1.5 mm, so that
you can use a template between the blade and the
counter blade, with the desired measure (Figure 1).
If you need it, you can use the chocks of the counter
blade (Figure 2) to adjust the distance by 1.5 mm to
bring blade and the counter blade closer.
The wedges of counter blade are adjacent to the
manual set (see instructions below).
Any maintenance or cleaning should be done with
the machine disconnected from the power supply.

Adding shims to the counter - knife
As the knives are sharpened, there is the possibility
of adding these shims under the horizontal counter-
knife to compensate the distance between the knife
and counter knife after sharpening lost.
The chocks (1) can be used separately or together,
slightly loosening the nuts (2) of the counter blade
and inserting them between the plate and the
cutting body of the counter blade, as indicated in
the direction of gure (3).
