Warranty Term
Metalúrgica TRAPP Ltda.
warrants this product to be free
from manufacturing defects for
6 (six) months from the purchase
date on the Invoice.
The legal warranty is included
in the warranty term stated in
the previous paragraph, which is
divided as follows:
  The rst 3 (three) months -
legal warranty;
 The following 3 (three)
months - special warranty
offered by Metalúrgica TRAPP
Ltda.
The legal and/or special
warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects such
as assembly error, material
failure and respective labor
to x the problem after
Metalúrgica TRAPP Ltda.
technicians or accredited
technicians attest the
condition.
Notes:
 All parts proven to be
defective will be replaced
for free.
The product,
however, will not the
exchanged.
 The purchaser will be
responsible for packaging
and transportation expenses
to TRAPP nearest Assistance
Shop.
 This warranty will only apply
if product invoice is presented.
 This product is subject
to technical specication
changes without previous
notice.
