  The “ADD WATER” indicator turns on because of a low water level or lack of water, a blocked water screen at the bottom of the water reservoir, or a pump malfunction. You can stop making ice, refill water, and then press the “ON/OFF” key to restart the ice-making cycle. If the water screen is blocked, it needs cleaning. For a pump malfunction, send the appliance to the authorized department for repair.

  The “ICE FULL” indicator lights up because the ice basket is full, or the infrared light-emitting diode & light-receiving diode does not work. Remove the ice from the ice basket. If the infrared light-emitting diode & light-receiving diode does not work, wipe up any foreign objects on them and restart the ice cube maker. If it still doesn't work, call Customer Service.

  If the ice-making cycle seems normal but no ice is produced, it could be due to a high ambient or water temperature. Try starting the ice-making cycle in an environment with an ambient temperature less than 32°C and fill the water reservoir with some cold water. Another cause may be refrigerating system leaks, in this case call customer service.

  Poor ice-making results can occur due to poor heat dissipation, high water temperature, or high ambient temperature. Ensure there is a 6-inch clearance on all sides of the ice cube maker for proper ventilation. Fill the water reservoir with water between 8°C and 28°C. Operate the ice cube maker in an environment with an ambient temperature between 10°C and 32°C.

  If both the “ADD WATER” and “ICE FULL” indicators turn on simultaneously, it could be because the ice tray is not in the right position or the infrared light module is interfered with by sunlight. Unplug the appliance and check if the ice tray is blocked by something. If sunlight is interfering, unplug the appliance and move it to a place not exposed to sunlight, then plug it in and activate it again.

  Ice collecting together is caused by the ice-making cycle taking too long or the water in the water reservoir being too cold. To solve this, stop making ice and restart the ice-making cycle after the ice melts. Also, fill the water reservoir with water between 8°C and 25°C.
