Connect calipers to brake hoses and route rear brake hose through grommet and foam sleeve.
Route and connect three wires to the battery, taping wire sticking out of the head tube.
Connect calipers to brake hoses and route rear brake hose through grommet and foam sleeve.
Apply grease to threads, thread onto frame, and torque to specification using the proper tool.
Tables detailing required spacers for bottom bracket/crank combinations and tool compatibility.
Clean steerer tube, install steer stop, and install compression plug with the arrow facing forward.
Grease bearings, fork crown race, and head tube bores. Place bearings and insert fork into head tube.
Attach faceplate to basebar/stem, loosely tighten stem bolts, then tighten non-driveside bolts.
Assemble towers, torque topper bolts to 5.2Nm, and connect tower bases and junction cover.
Install arm pads and holders using specified bolts and torque, attach arm pad washers.
Assemble towers, torque bolts, connect extension bars to base, and route shift wires.
Attach aerobar assembly to towers, route wires, seat assembly on basebar/stem, tighten bolts.
Adjust extension bars, tighten bolts, attach bolt covers, and connect wires to junction(s).
Install SLR seatpost kit (fixed/flippable) using wedge and bolts with specified torque.
Install TT seatpost kit (fixed/flippable) using wedge and bolts with specified torque.
Clean IsoSpeed components with alcohol/water mix and apply threadlocker to threads as shown.
Apply grease, reassemble parts, torque bolts, and clean tongue and seatmast grommet.
Shift to lowest gear, loosen bolt, rotate loose piece for 1mm clearance, tighten bolt to 1Nm.
Mount water bottle and cage to frame using bolts with 2Nm torque.
Install bento box kit, noting dishwasher safe parts.
Mount tool holder to frame as shown.
