Windows is unable to recognize the USB receiver. What should I do?
First, make sure your computer meets the minimum requirements as specified
in Section 1 of this quick installation guide. Second, connect the USB receiver to a
different USB port on the computer.
All functions on the device stopped working. What should I do?
First, verify the switch is set to on. Second, you must be within 100ft of the
computer. Third, plug the USB receiver into a different USB port on your
computer. Fourth, the batteries may be running low. Try replacing the batteries.
