1. How to add the Stormbox Micro 2 to the Tribit App?
A. Make sure your Tribit Stormbox Micro 2 enters the pairing mode.
B. Open the Tribit App, tap the “+” on the homepage to search, select the Stormbox
Micro 2 and done.
2. How to use the speaker as a power bank?
A. The built-in USB-C port allows you to use the Stormbox Micro 2 as an external
battery.
B. When turned off, the speaker will stop charging a device automatically when the
battery level of the speaker is less than 30%. When turned on, the speaker will stop
charging a device automatically when the battery level of the speaker is less than
50%.
3. How to Reset?
Press and hold the Bluetooth Button for 10 seconds.
4. Charging Indicator Light
A. Charging: The light flashes in white.
B. Fully Charged: The white light goes off.
5. Unsuccessful Connection
A. First, press and hold the Bluetooth Button for 10 seconds to reset the speaker.
B. After the reset, make sure the Stormbox Micro 2 is under pairing mode and
activate the Bluetooth function on your Bluetooth-enabled device. Search and select
the speaker name “Stormbox Micro 2” from the list of Bluetooth devices found by
your Bluetooth-enabled device and then connect it.
6. What seems to be the problem when there is current noise?
A. Please make sure there are no other electronic devices between the Stormbox
Micro 2 and your Bluetooth device.
B. Under barrier-free conditions, the connection distance between Stormbox Micro 2
and your Bluetooth device is 10 meters (indoors) and 30 meters (outdoors).
C. If 2 Stormbox Micro 2 speakers are in stereo mode, the distance between them
should be within 6 meters (no obstacles).
7. How to select or identify current sound pattern?
Tap the sound curve on the main interface of the App and you can select and see the
sound pattern you have chosen.
8. Sleep Mode
Introduction: You can set the working time of the speaker. Once the time is up, the
speaker will be off automatically.
