What to do if my Tricity Bendix WDR 1040 W Washer/Dryer won't empty and/or spin?

If your Tricity Bendix Washer/Dryer is not emptying or spinning, here are a few things to investigate: 1. Check if the drain hose is squashed or kinked. 2. Make sure you've selected a program that ends with the water being drained from the tub. 3. Inspect the drain filter for blockages. 4. Verify that the drain hose extension, if you're using one, is correct. 5. See if the drainage system pipes are blocked. 6. Redistribute the clothes inside the drum to allow the machine to spin.
