TheNTripCasterisbasicallyanHTTPserversupportingasubsetofHTTP
request/responsemessagesandadjustedtolow‐bandwidthstreamingdata.
TheNTripCasteracceptsrequestmessagesonasingleportfromeitherthe
NTripServerortheNTripClient.Dependingonthesemessages,the
NTripCasterdecideswhetherthereisstreamingdatato
receiveortosend.
TrimbleNTripCasterintegratestheNTripServerandtheNTripCaster.This
portisusedonlytoacceptrequestsfromNTripClients.
