thenreconnectit,itdoesnot
alwaysre‐establishtheconnection.Thisisbecauseopeningtheserialportfromtheapplicationlocks
thedevicehandleandwhentheUSBdeviceisdisconnected,theapplicationdoesnotclosetheserial
portandthedevicehandleisstilllocked.Onreconnecting,theUSB
cableisunabletogetthedevice
handlesinceitislocked.Youmustclosetheapplicationbeforethereconnecttotheportwillwork.
