  If the Triple S Scrubber isn't picking up water effectively, there might be several reasons. First, check if the recovery tank is full and needs to be drained. Ensure the drain hose cap is tightened. Inspect the float shut-off screen inside the recovery tank for clogs and clean it if necessary. Also, the squeegee assembly could be clogged, so clean that as well. Check the vacuum hose connections to make sure they are secure, and inspect the vacuum hose for any blockages or damage. Ensure the recovery tank lid is properly positioned and the seal isn't damaged. Check the squeegee blades: they may be worn, and need to be rotated or replaced, or the squeegee blade height may need adjustment. If the battery charge is low, recharge the batteries.

Also, the solution solenoid valve could be clogged and needs to be removed and cleaned.
