BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
• Before using your appliance for the rst time, wipe o all removable
parts with a damp cloth. Never use abrasive products.
• Putthepower cable intothe socket.(Note: Make surethe
voltagewhich is indicated on the devicematchesthe localvoltage
beforeconnecting the device.Voltage220V-240V 50/60Hz)
• Place the device on a at stable surface and ensure a minimum of
10 cm. free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
Special safety instructions for this machine
• Only operate this machine under supervision.
• Do not interfere with any safety switches.
• Do not insert anything into the rotating hooks while the machine is working.
• Place the machine on a smooth, at and stable working surface.
• Do not insert the mains plug of the machine into the power socket
without having installed all the necessary accessories.
USE
• In order to lift the arm, push the latch. The arm will now move upwards.
• Remove the mixing bowl by turning it anticlockwise.
• Mount the required utensil by inserting the top into the output shaft
and lock it by turning the utensil anticlockwise.
• Now ll the mixing bowl with your ingredients.
• Install the mixing bowl by turning it clockwise until it is locked.
• Lower the arm by using the lift arm and press the arm down.
• Insert the mains plug into a properly installed safety power socket.
• Switch on the machine by using a speedlevel between 1 and 5
(corresponding to the mixture and accessory which is used).
• After kneading/stirring/whisking use the "OFF" button to turn o the
appliance. Then remove the mains plug.
• Press the lift arm downwards and the arm will be raised.
• The mixing bowl can now be removed by turning the bowl anticlockwise.
• Remove the mixture out of the bowl with the help of a spatula.
• Clean the parts as described under “Cleaning” .
The appliance will automatic switch to the OFF mode according to the
table below.

How to remove and install the lid
• Install: make sure the lid ts properly in the notches, push and turn it
clockwise
• Remove: push and turn it anti-clockwise.
• How to remove and install the dough hook, whisk or beater.
• Install: make sure the utensil ts properly in the notches of the shaft,
push and turn it anti clockwise.
• Remove: push and turn it clockwise.
