5. Lower the motorcycle to the ground.
6. Check the operation of the rear brake. Rectify as necessary.
7. Inform the owner to check and, if necessary, tighten the rear wheel nuts to 100 Nm.
Tyre Pressure Sensor - Removal - (if fitted)
Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the
motorcycle.
NOTICE
The method for the removal of the tyre pressure sensor is the same for the front and
rear wheels.
Wheels fitted with a tyre pressure sensor can be identified with the letters TPMS on the
side of the tyre valve and/or with a warning label near the tyre valve, as shown in the
illustration below.
