2. Remove the wire clip retaining the gear change link to the gear change pedal ball
joint and remove the gear change link.

Gear Change Linkage – Installation
Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
