Fuel Injectors and Fuel Rail – Installation
Make sure the motorcycle is stabilised and adequately supported.
A correctly supported motorcycle will help prevent it from falling.
An unstable motorcycle may fall, causing injury to the operator or damage to the
motorcycle.
NOTICE
If the fuel injectors have been removed from the fuel rail, continue from step 1 and
omit steps 3 and 4.
If the fuel injectors have not been removed, continue from step 3.
1. Lightly lubricate the O-rings with clean engine oil and fit the new fuel injectors to the
fuel rail.
2. Fit the retaining clip for each fuel injector as noted for removal.
