Protecting The Machine
Always use the correct tool for the job to be
done. E.g. avoid using small tools and
accessories for work that should be done with a
heavy tool. Use the tool only for the purposes it
was designed for.
Use only non metallic fibre in the strimmer
spool.
Make provision for the safe storage of the
Grass Strimmer/Brush Cutter. The machines,
when not in current use they should be kept in
a dry place that is locked where practical.
Use approved parts only when maintaining or
repairing the Grass Strimmer/Brush Cutter. Go
to an authorised servicing centre who will guide
you as to which parts to purchase.
Watch out for any damaged parts. Inspect the
machine before use. Are any parts damaged?
Watch out for proper alignment and adjustment
of any moving parts. Do not use the machine if
it cannot turned on and off with the switch.
