Connector Assembly and Operation

Assembly Instructions:

  1. Wire Preparation: Only multiple strands of copper wire should be used. Cut and strip the wire according to requirements. The ground wire needs to be 5mm longer than the live and neutral wires. The applicable stripping length is 7-8mm.
  2. Disassembly: Screw off the tail parts (End Locker, Wire Sealing Claw, and Wire Sealing) from the male or female cable connector.
  3. Wire Insertion: Pull the cut and stripped wire through the disassembled tail parts in turn.
  4. Pin Insertion: Insert the stripped wires correctly into the corresponding pin holes according to the identification.
  5. Tightening Screws: Tighten all screws firmly with a twisting torque of 0.4±0.1N•m. After tightening, lightly pull the wire (about 10N) manually to test the crimping result. Care should be taken to avoid damaging the pins and pin-holder.
  6. Cable Body Insertion: Push the male or female cable body into the housing body correctly, aligning with the clamping groove. A crisp "click" sound indicates proper seating.
  7. Sealing and Final Tightening: Push the sealing body and sealing claw into the housing body, then tighten the end locker with a torque of 4.0±0.5N•m.

Operating Instructions:

  1. System Power Off: Before mating connectors, switch off the system power.
  2. Connector Type Verification: Ensure that the male and female connectors are of the same type.
  3. Mating Connectors: Align the mate-locker on the male connector with the grooves on the female connector and insert gradually. A "click" sound confirms a secure connection.

Disassembly for Rewiring:

  1. Loosen Tail Parts: Loosen the End Locker, Wire Sealing Claw, and Wire Sealing body.
  2. Release Elastic Tongue: Use a suitable flat screwdriver to press the elastic tongue on the male or female cable body inward and push forward slightly. Once one tongue is slightly disengaged, repeat the process for the tongue on the other side.
  3. Separation: Apply force along the axial direction until the connector separates.
