Infants can fall through wide leg opening or out of carrier. Ensure all buckles are secure.
Infants under 4 months can suffocate if face pressed tight. Allow room for head movement.
Baby must be front-facing, inward. Inspect carrier for wear, tear, damage, and secure buckles.
Ensure proper leg placement ('M' shape). Watch baby for distress. Check on baby often.
Premature/low weight infants need advice. Take care when bending. Avoid cooking/hot drinks.
