How to reduce excessive overspray with turbineaire Paint Sprayer?
    • S
      Sarah SaundersAug 15, 2025
To decrease excessive overspray when using the Turbineaire Paint Sprayer, consider the following: * If there's too much air volume for the coating, use a Variable Speed Controller to reduce the turbine's air volume output. * Maintain an appropriate distance of approximately 6 inches from the surface while spraying.

What to do if turbineaire Paint Sprayer cup gun not spraying?
    • M
      matthewanthonyAug 18, 2025
If your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer with a cup gun is not spraying or the material flow is inconsistent (spitting), here's what you can do: 1. Clean any dry paint from the end of the Fluid Tip. 2. If the material is too thick, add a thinning solvent if possible, or use a remote pressure pot. 3. Remove any foreign particles from the coating by emptying the cup, cleaning the gun, and properly filtering the material when pouring it back. 4. Ensure the Air Pressure Feed Tube isn't blocked by removing the cup and verifying air blows through the hole on the underside of the Cup Top when the gun is connected to the hose. 5. Tighten the cup or replace the Cup Top Gasket if it's not sealing properly. 6. Check the paint level and add more if it's low.

What to do if turbineaire Paint Sprayer pressure-fed gun not spraying?
    • J
      John PerkinsAug 22, 2025
If your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer with a pressure-fed gun isn't spraying or the material flow is inconsistent, consider the following: * Clean any dry paint from the end of the Fluid Tip. * Increase the pressure in the paint tank if it's insufficient. * Flush the Fluid Line by disconnecting it from the gun, placing it in a bucket, and increasing air pressure in the tank. * Remove any kinks in the Fluid Line and straighten it. * Ensure the Paint Tank is properly sealed by tightening the Wing Nuts or replacing the gasket if necessary. * Check the paint level in the tank and add more if it's low.

Why is turbineaire Paint Sprayer leaking from fluid tip?
    • J
      jacksondebraAug 26, 2025
If fluid is leaking from the Fluid Tip of your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer, there are several potential causes: * The Needle and/or Fluid Tip may be damaged, so check and replace them if necessary. * The Needle and Fluid Tip may be different sizes; ensure they are always the same size. * The Gland Nut might be too tight; try loosening it.

Why is turbineaire Paint Sprayer leaking fluid near the trigger?
    • A
      Angela LynchAug 28, 2025
If you notice fluid leaking between the Gland Nut and Needle directly in front of the trigger on your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer, it could be due to: * A Gland Nut that is too loose: tighten the Gland Nut. * A worn-out Gland Seal: consider replacing the Gland Seals.

Why does my turbineaire Paint Sprayer have an uneven spray pattern?
    • S
      Sandra FisherAug 31, 2025
If you're experiencing an uneven spray pattern with your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer, here are some possible reasons: * The Air Cap holes might be plugged, so clean or replace the Air Cap as needed. * There might be dry paint on the Fluid Tip; clean it and continue spraying. * You might be using an inappropriate Atomizing Kit; use one that allows for working with the trigger fully engaged. * The Needle and Fluid Tip might be different sizes; ensure they are always the same size.

Why is air flow low on my turbineaire Paint Sprayer?
    • J
      joshua13Sep 7, 2025
If you're experiencing low air flow with your Turbineaire Paint Sprayer, consider the following: 1. Blocked filters: Clean or replace the filters as necessary. 2. Obstructed turbine air vents: Ensure air can flow freely around the turbine. 3. Kink in the hose: Remove the kink and straighten the hose, or replace it. 4. Broken or damaged hose: Inspect the hose and repair or replace it if necessary. 5. Broken motor mounts: Open the turbine cabinet and inspect; replace if possible, or contact Turbineaire. 6. Motor outlet coupler leaking air: Remove the cabinet cover and tighten the screw clamps.
