Range 0 - 5.

Press to select the cook temperature.
CAVITY SET TEMPERATURE SCREEN.
Enter temperature required.
Range 50 - 260°C (120 - 500°F).
Press to confirm.
Press to cancel.
Press on the Probe Temp Key to enter Core
Probe Set Temperature.
CORE PROBE SET TEMPERATURE SCREEN.
Enter Core Probe set temperature.
Range 50 - 90°C (122 - 194°F).
Press to confirm.
Press to cancel.

Press to return to previous
screen.
Press to show HELP screen.
Press to return to previous screen.

Press and hold to show Actual
Temperature.
Shows elapsed time since probe fitted.
