  If your Turbolock Bicycle Accessories lock isn't working, the lock might not be receiving the lock/unlock command. Try exiting the app and reopening it, or toggle your phone's Bluetooth and reconnect. It could also be due to dead batteries, so try replacing them. If replacing the batteries doesn't solve the problem, it might not be receiving power, in this case replace batteries and if problem persists, contact customer service.

  If pressing any key on your Turbolock Bicycle Accessories lock results in a long beeping sound, it could be due to several reasons. The system may have locked because the wrong password was entered more than 5 times; in this case, wait 5 minutes, then try again via the keypad or use the Turbolock app to unlock it. Alternatively, it could be a low battery warning (3 beeps), so replace the batteries. It’s also possible that Mute Mode is enabled, so deactivate Mute Mode (Section 8.2). Finally, if this is the first time using the lock, ensure the app is connected and tap “Reset Temp Password” on the app home screen, then generate temporary keypad passcodes.
