What to do if my Turbosol TB30 is not pumping?
    • W
      Wendy VillarrealAug 17, 2025
If the Turbosol Water Pump isn't pumping, make sure the hopper grid is closed. Check that the emergency button is not pressed. If the hydraulic oil pressure is constantly at maximum values, there might be clogging in the concrete pipe (remove the clogging safely and check the concrete features), a foreign body between the S-valve and the wear plate (place the machine in reverse for 1-3 seconds or manually remove the object safely), or a broken wear plate (replace the wear plate). If none of these resolves the issue, it could be an electric circuit failure, in which case you should request intervention of the Turbosol Technical Assistance.

Why does my Turbosol TB30 engine keep turning off?
    • J
      Jeremiah PhamAug 21, 2025
If the Turbosol Water Pump engine keeps turning off, start by replacing the diesel oil filters if they are clogged. Ensure the diesel oil tank isn't in reserve; add diesel oil if needed. Also, check the air filter and clean or replace it if it's clogged.

How to fix a Turbosol TB30 control board that won't switch on?
    • L
      Laura MillerAug 26, 2025
If the control board on your Turbosol Water Pump doesn't switch on, first check if the battery switch is disconnected and insert it, or check the fuses. Then, verify the battery charge state. Clean or tighten any oxidised or loose battery cable clamps. If the issue persists, there may be a fault in the control board, and you should contact the Technical Assistance.

What to do if my Turbosol TB30 high pressure washer has no flow rate?
    • J
      John HartmanAug 28, 2025
If the high pressure washer on your Turbosol Water Pump isn't generating flow, first deactivate the mixer if it's running. If the hydraulic motor is jammed, try deactivating and reactivating the high pressure washer. If the problem continues, contact the Turbosol Technical Assistance. Also, check for clogged uses, such as an obstructed nozzle, and restore it.

Why is the mixer on my Turbosol TB30 not turning?
    • N
      Nancy HallSep 2, 2025
If the mixer on your Turbosol Water Pump isn't turning, check if the hopper grid is open and close it. Look for any foreign bodies in the hopper and remove them after turning the machine off and opening the hopper grid. If the mixing shaft is seized, grease it and see if that resolves the issue; if not, consult the spare parts catalogue to replace the mixing shaft gaskets.

How to troubleshoot irregular flow in Turbosol TB30 high pressure washer?
    • D
      Donna LongSep 5, 2025
If the Turbosol Water Pump's high pressure washer has irregular flow and pressure, check the intake circuit for integrity to ensure no air is being suctioned. Clean the water inlet filter if it's dirty. Also, check for and restore any clogged uses, like a clogged nozzle.

Why is my Turbosol TB30 Water Pump high pressure washer so noisy?
    • S
      Stacey SullivanSep 9, 2025
If the high pressure washer on your Turbosol Water Pump is making excessive noise, check the intake circuit for any chokes. Also, ensure the supply water temperature is below 50°C.

Why won't my Turbosol TB30 engine start?
    • T
      timothy57Nov 13, 2025
If the Turbosol Water Pump engine doesn't start, there could be several reasons. First, ensure the emergency button is not pressed. If it is, release it, making sure it's safe to resume work. Check the battery charge state, and clean or tighten any oxidised or loose battery cable clamps. Also, make sure there's fuel in the tank. If there is fuel, check for air in the fuel pipe by inspecting all pipes. Other potential causes include a faulty starter motor (request assistance by the engine manufacturer), a faulty alternator not charging the battery (check the alternator belt), faulty temperature probes (control board temperature indicators with efficient probes must turn off), or a faulty engine oil pressure switch (replace the pressure switch; the control board temperature indicators with e...
