  If your TVonics TV Receiver's network connection fails, first confirm whether your network setting is set for a wired or wireless connection, depending on your setup. Ensure that any security settings on your router allow this type of connection. For wireless connections, double-check that you've entered your security key correctly. You can also try power cycling the unit by removing the plug at the back, then plugging it back in with either the Ethernet cable or WiFi dongle plugged in. Consider checking or changing your Ethernet cable if you're using a wired connection.

  If BBC iPlayer on your TVonics TV Receiver sometimes doesn't play programs or stops working, confirm that your internet speed is above 2Mb/S. Also, check that the WiFi signal strength isn't weak or dropping out when other devices are turned on; you might need to move devices or your router.   If there's no BBC iPlayer option when you press Text or Red on your TVonics TV Receiver, try changing the channel to 3 (ITV) and then back to the BBC channel. You can also try pressing the Text button instead of the Red button. Additionally, test the network setup to confirm it's working. Another solution is to power cycle the unit by removing the plug at the back.

How to fix TVonics TV Receiver when it does not find my WiFi Network?

  If your TVonics TV Receiver doesn't find your WiFi network, ensure the unit has open space around it, ideally with no other devices within 30cm. It's possible the signal strength isn't strong enough; try moving the router or the unit closer together. You can also try the WiFi Dongle in both USB connectors to improve the WiFi signal strength, making sure to power off the unit first. Another option is to power cycle the unit by removing the plug at the back, then powering up with the WiFi dongle plugged in.
