Self maintenance procedure
NOTE
Mount the spare wheel on the bracket properly and tighten
the nuts thoroughly, close the spare wheel with cover.
Tyre and wheel changing procedure.
Removal
● Apply parking brake
● Loosen the wheel retaining nuts. (2 nos.)
● Take out the Jack & Rod from RH Side Utility Box.
● Place the jack as shown in the fig. (For removing front
wheel B (Cross Member ). rear wheel A. (Trailing Arm)
● Lift up the vehicle until the wheel clears the ground.
● Remove the retaining nuts and take out the wheel.

Assembly
● While assembling the spare wheel tighten the wheel nuts
diagonally.
● Lower the vehicle slowly to the ground then tighten the
nuts fully to the recommended torque.
