Self maintenance procedure
ELECTRICAL
Head lamp bulb removal
To replace bulb
● Remove the headlamp bulb holder ( A ) from reflector
housing which is located under the dash board.
● Gently pull out the Rubber Boot (B) from reflector housing.
● Un-lock the clip ( C ) by loosening the star screw using star
screw driver to take out the bulb assembly.
● Push the bulb in and turn it in anti-clockwise direction to
remove the bulb from holder.
● Push the new bulb in and turn it in clockwise direction to fit
new bulb.
● Put back the clip & tighten the start screw. Assemble
Rubber boot & bulb Holder into reflector housing
Tail/brake/ rear turn signal lamp bulb
● Loosen and remove screws holding the lens.
● Remove lens. Push in and twist in anti clockwise direction
to remove bulb.
● Replace bulb and assemble back in reverse order of
disassembly.
