Front turn signal bulb replacement
● Loosen and remove screws ( 1 nos. ) ( A ) holding the lens.
● Remove lens. Push the bulb in and twist in anti clockwise
direction to remove bulb.
● Replace bulb and assemble back in reverse order of
removal.
Battery fuse replacement
The fuse case fitted on the unit contains a 60 A (1- ISG cordset
nos.) fuse. If the fuse is blown off, turn the ignition switch to
OFF position. Open the fuse case, take out the fuse from
copper fuse holder and replace it with spare fuse provided.
Refer the figure.
Two fuses of 10A is located below the dash board in side the
fuse case. Check the respective fuse if Self Start, horn, bay
lamp, faremeter, wiper, hazard and cluster lamps is not
working, replace the fuse with spare fuse if blown off.
