Make sure that the seat assembly is locked securely in
position after reassembly.
Caution
TOOL KIT AND FIRST AID KIT
To assist you in performing certain aspects of
periodic maintenance and emergency repairs, a tool
kit is supplied along with the vehicle. A first aid kit is
also available along with the tool kit.
Both tool kit and first aid kit are located under the
seat assembly.
It is recommended to use the tool kit in case of any
emergency only. It is always advisable to take your
vehicle to TVS Motor Company Authorised Main Dealer
/ Authorised Dealer.
Do not remove the tool kit and first aid kit from the
vehicle. Always ensure to keep them along with the
vehicle. Ensure the first aid equipments are changed
periodically based on the date of expiry.
To access the tool kit / first aid kit, open the cover
frame R as explained in the previous page and gently
pull the seat lock cable (A). Now, take out the seat
assembly by carefully releasing it from its lockings.
Tool kit consists of one number each of the following.
1. Grip driver
2. Bit (+) (-)
3. 12 x 14 open end spanner
4. Tool bag
