Why is my Twin-Star International 19QH8000-W500 Heater not blowing warm air?

If your Twin-Star International Heater isn't blowing warm air, here's what might be happening: * It could be in a normal cool-down cycle, which can last several minutes before the heater shuts down, blowing cool air during this time. * The heater might not be reaching the set temperature. To fix this, perform a master reset: turn off and unplug the unit, hold down the main power button while plugging it back in, continue holding for 5 seconds after plugging it in, then release. Turn the unit back on; the temperature should flash 72 degrees, then display the ambient room temperature. * The unit is designed to be used as a supplemental heat source in conjunction with a primary heat source.
