  If your Twin-Star International Stove's heater isn't working despite the switches being on and the thermostat set high, it's possible the thermal protector has tripped. To resolve this, turn all switches to the “OFF” position and unplug the unit from the wall outlet for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, plug the unit back into the wall outlet and operate as normal.

  If the flame effect works, but your Twin-Star International Stove isn't blowing warm air, there are a couple of things to check: * First, ensure the heater switch is in the “ON” position; the switch should light up when it's on. * Second, make sure the thermostat is turned toward the highest position.
