Product Warranty Guidelines
 Products are warranted against production defects for one year from the date of purchase
 Any repairs during the warranty period require the original purchase invoice or other relevant
documents as proof
 The warranty period of the product starts from the purchase date; if the purchase certificate
is lost or the purchase date is not filled in, the warranty start date is the manufacture date
plus 30 days
 Due to accidents (natural disasters, land changes, lightning strikes, etc.), improper use (such
as liquid crystal rupture, liquid, sand, dust infiltration, damp, etc.), repairs or modifications by
any person without our company’s authorization are not included in warranty coverage.
 Damage caused by computer viruses and malware is not covered under the warranty
 Damage caused by installation of unauthorized third-party software on your computer is not
covered under warranty
 All file or shipping costs including insurance are borne by the purchaser
 Claims of any other nature are not covered under the warranty
 All accessories including wire, metal parts, housings, cable reels and consumable parts are
excluded from warranty
 Warranty is only valid in the country or region where the product was purchased
 This product warranty policy does not affect your statutory rights
 Warranty claims for any product in the second year must be notified to us in advance
