Avoid tipping, do not overload, open one drawer at a time, close lid to lock drawers, use on level surface.

Assembly Instructions

Attach Casters and Bottom Shelf

Attach fixed and locking swivel casters to the bottom shelf using bolts, washers, and nuts.

Assemble Frame and Attach Chest

Attach posts and cross supports to the bottom shelf, then lift and attach the chest and handle.

Attach Gas Struts and Final Tightening

Attach gas struts to the lid and tighten all hardware to complete the assembly.

Operating Instructions

Drawer and Lid Operation

Open lid to unlock drawers, fill evenly, close lid to lock drawers, and lock lid with key.

Mobility and Positioning

Unlock swivel casters, move to a suitable surface, and lock casters after positioning.

Maintenance and Servicing

Periodic Inspection

Regularly check for loose hardware, moving part alignment, brake operation, caster function, and broken parts.

Cleaning and Lubrication

Wipe external surfaces with a clean cloth and lubricate drawer slides as necessary.
