Cooldown Meter
Once a turtle has done a co-op manoeuvre, he needs a few moments to recuperate. This
meter shows how long he will be unable to do another co-op move.
Playing Nightwatcher
Health Indicator

The Rage meter is filled by causing damage to enemies.
