Why my UFESA BE1855 are not working?

If your UFESA Scales are not working, first, ensure they are switched on by standing on the device and waiting for your weight to be displayed, or by pressing on it until “0.0” is shown. Also, check that the batteries are correctly inserted, paying attention to the correct polarity. If the scales are still not working, it may be due to damage, in that case contact UFESA technical service.
