5. Put the suit ring in the suit arm carefully.
7. Change grip and use both hands on opposite
sides of the ring and press hard at the same time
until it pops into place. It is important to press
evenly so it doesn’t slide out of position.
8. Check that the seal is properly mounted by
pulling and visually inspect the inside.
6. Push the ring inside the suit approximately 1cm
until is stays there. Make sure the seal stays in place.
This can be tricky but is easy after some practice.
