Important Note Before You Begin

Wing Assembly

Aileron Hinge and Installation

Install the aileron, apply CA to hinge areas, and keep CA away from the wing joint.

Wing Panel Joining

Dry fit wing panels with joiner, apply epoxy to center ribs, and press wings together.

Servo Mount Installation

Align servo mount, cut covering material, and glue it onto the wing using epoxy.

Tail & Landing Gear Assembly

Elevator and Rudder Alignment

Align elevator and rudder, ensuring 90-degree angle and proper gap for connecting wire.

Connecting Wire and Control Surface Fixation

Attach 'U' shaped wire to rudder/elevator using CA and epoxy for control surface connection.

Power System & Cowling Assembly

Motor Mounting

Mount the motor to the firewall using screws, ensuring proper alignment with marked lines.

Landing Gear Installation

Install main landing gear wire and covers on the wing, ensuring covers are parallel to fuselage.

Servo Assembly

Spinner and Cowling Attachment

Assemble spinner, attach cowling, ensure spinner is centered, and fasten securely.

Receiver and Servo Connections

Connect power system, receiver, ESC, and servos for control surface operation.

3S LiPo Application Notes

ESC and BEC Requirements

Use Apollo ESC with strong BEC for 3S LiPo; standard ESC may cause power failure.

Push Rod and Servo Horn Installation

Install push rods using connectors or Z-bends and attach servo horns to control surfaces.

CG Setup & Test Flying

Control Surface Travel Adjustment
