２．Outline of the pump
2.1 Specification
This oil sealed rotary vacuum pump is a rotary vane pump (hereinafter called Gaede type
pump) in which the pump is directly driven by the motor. Since the pump is small, light,
and quite simply constructed, it is easily maintained and repaired.
