4.0 Adjustment of distribution blades
Adjustment data can be found in the distribution data table.
By setting blades at a higher value, we increase the working width. Short blades
cover the internal range of the working width, whereas the long ones – the external
range. For certain product line (e.g. calcium ammonium nitrate), it is possible to obtain the
optimum crosswise distribution of fertiliser for working widths of 10–16 m with identical
blade setting. Distribution diagrams for LM10 disc – with setting B4/A4 – are similar for
working widths of 12 and 15 m. In all cases, almost identical distribution diagrams and low
crosswise distribution factors (VK) were obtained – see below.
