. 바늘의 상하위치 조정법 / ADJUSTING U P-DOWN POSITION OF THE NEEDLE
(1) 바늘이 침 판의 구 멍 중심에 들 어가는지 확인하여 주 십시오.
(2) 땀수 조절 다이얼을 0에 맞춥니다.
(3) 미싱의 머 리부분을 뒤 로 눕힙니다.
(4) 베드 안쪽의 수평이송완 죔나사①②를 풀어 줍니다.
(5) 바늘이 최하의 위치에 오게 합니다.
(6) 그림과 같 이 압봉과 침봉과 의 간격을13.5mm로 하고 수평이송완 죔나사①②를 고정하여 줍니다.
(7) 이때, 수평이송완(우)과 링크가 그림과 같이 직각으로 연결되었는지 확인합니다.
(8) 직각으로 되어 있지 않 았을 때 는 측판커버B를 열고 나사③를 풀어, 요동축크랭크④ 를 화살표 방향으로
움직여서 링크와 직각이 되게 조정합니다.
(9) 각 부를 조정한 후에는 나사①②③를 모두 꽉 죄여줍니다.

(2) Set the stitch length adjust dial to"0".
(3) Lean the machine head backward.
(4) Loosen the feed shaft crank set screws ① and ②.
(5) Lower the needle to its lowest position.
(6) Allow 13.5mm gap between the pressure bar and the pressure bar.
Then finger-tighten the feed shaft crank screws① and ②.
(7) Check to see if the right feed shaft crank is connected with link at right angles as
shown in the finger.
(8) When not connected at right angles, open the side cover B, and loosen the screw③, and then
adjust the feed rock shaft crank(right)④ to have right angle with the link.
(9) After the com pletion of adjustm ent, f ully tighten the screw ①,② and ③.
