  If the compressor in your UniFlow Freezer is turning on and off frequently, consider the following: Limit frequent or prolonged lid openings to maintain the internal temperature. Ensure the lid is completely closed. Adjust the temperature control to a setting between 1 and 7. Clean, repair, or replace the lid gasket if it doesn't seal properly or is torn/damaged. Allow 5 inches of space between the back and sides of the unit for proper air circulation. If the freezer has recently been disconnected, allow four hours for it to cool down completely. Finally, defrost the freezer if frost or ice has formed on the freezer wall.
