  If your UniFlow Freezer isn't operating, there are several things to check. First, ensure the power cord is properly plugged into a grounded 3-prong outlet. Next, verify that the freezer temperature control is not set to "OFF"; adjust it to a setting between 1 and 7. Why is the food temperature too warm in my UniFlow Freezer?

  If the food temperature in your UniFlow Freezer is too warm, there could be several reasons. Ensure the temperature control is set to a cold enough setting and allow several hours for the freezer temperature to stabilize. Limit frequent or prolonged lid openings to maintain the internal temperature. Make sure the lid is completely closed and sealing properly; clean, adjust, repair, or replace the lid gasket if necessary. If you've recently added a large load of food or the freezer has been disconnected, allow time for the temperature to stabilize. Finally, check for ice or frost build-up on the internal compartment walls and defrost the freezer if needed.
