CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
• Disconnect the machine from power outlet and allow it cool down completely before you start to clean
it. To unplug the appliance, never pull the Cord (13).
• Clean the inside of the machine with a damp, slightly soapy dish cloth. Wipe over again with a clean
damp cloth to remove any of the soapy residue.
• To clean the Bread Pan (2). Rub the inside and outside of the Pan (2) with a damp cloth.
• To clean the Kneading Blade (3). If the Kneading Blade(s) (3) is difficult to remove form the axle(s),
soak the Bread Pan (2) in water beforehand. Don't soak the Bread Pan (2) in water for a long time. The
maximum time of the soaking is 60 minutes.
• Clean the Lid (7) and the Window (17), the machine inside and outside with a slightly damp cloth.
• Be careful to protect the non-stick surface; don't use the metal apparatus (such as the spatula, the
knife or fork) for cleaning of the Bread Pan (2).
Note: do not use abrasive or strong household cleaners as these will damage the non-stick surface of the
bread maker.
