TRAIN HORN

Mounting Instructions:
1. Place horn at desired location
2. Mark mounting holes
3. Drill mounting holes with ⁄" drill
4. Attach horns with ⁄" bolts
5. Electrical solenoid installation
a. Connect air line from secondary air tank
to the solenoid
b. Wire solenoid to the switch in the cab
6. Manual valve installation
a. Connect air line from secondary air tank
to the manual valve
b. Run air line from manual valve to horn
inlet port (remove solenoid)
7. Teflon Tape all fittings to prevent leakage
Warning: These horns consume a large volume of air. If used on a truck installation, be sure to tap into an auxiliary air supply. Check with truck manufacturer for proper location. UPI will not warranty damages
or discolorations caused by road hazards, accidents, misuse, or corrosive chemicals, including, acid washes and highway snow/ice solvents. Corrosive chemicals will cause discoloration. UPI will only warranty
horns mounted horizontally behind the CAB/SLEEPER on the frame deck. UPI will NOT warranty horns mounted upside down or underneath of the truck. Mounting horns upside down or underneath the truck will
subject the horns to road hazards & debris.
