What to do if United States Stove Company Stove does not start?

If your United States Stove Company Stove isn't starting when you press the 'ON' button, first turn the stove off and clear any unburned fuel from the burnpot, then try again. Check the pellet quality, and replace them if they are moist, wet, or dirty. Ensure proper draft pressure by checking that the viewing door is closed and sealed correctly; adjust the door catch or replace the door gaskets if necessary. Clear any obstructions from outside connections and clean the exhaust system. Make sure the auto-start igniter isn't blocked with ash or soot. Finally, observe the igniter during start-up; if it doesn't glow red, it may need replacement, or there could be an electrical control system issue.
