6. Putting on the hearing aid
Inserting your hearing aid
1. Hold the hearing aid
between your thumb
and index nger with
the battery door facing
away from your ear.
2. If your hearing aid
has a removal handle,
insert by holding the
hearing aid with the
removal handle at the bottom.
3. Gently insert the canal portion of the
hearing aid into your ear using your index
nger to push back and tuck the hearing aid
completely into place. It should t snugly and
comfortably. Gently pull down and back on
your earlobe to help you insert the hearing
aid into your ear canal more easily.
