Why is my Upsen Queen Star battery discharging time diminishing?

  The Upsen UPS battery discharging time may diminish due to several reasons: the battery has not yet been fully charged (keep UPS connected to utility power persistently for more than 10 hours to recharge the batteries), the UPS is overloaded (check the loads and remove the non-critical equipment), or the battery is aged (replace the batteries by contacting the distributor).
