Failure to follow these warnings and the
instructions could result in serious injury or death.
FALL HAZARD − To prevent death or serious injury, always keep
child within arm’s reach.
• Never leave child unattended.
• STRANGULATION HAZARD − Always attach the changing table
securely. If the changing table is not secured, child in play yard
can lift or shift the changing table and get neck trapped between
changing table and top rail of play yard frame.
• Never leave changing table in place when child is in the play yard.
• Never use the changing table over top of the Lil’ Nesti or away
from the changing table. Do not use on the oor, bed, or any
other elevated surfaces.
• Do not use changing table for sleeping or for a play area.
• Maximum weight for the changing table is 25lbs (11.3 kg). Do
not use changing table as a storage surface.
• Never add additional padding to the changing table.
• Never use this changing table with any other manufacturer’s
products.
• Do not use changing table if it is damaged or broken.
