Instructions must be followed and the user guide kept for future reference.
Adult assembly required; never leave child unattended, ensure product is fully erected.
Discontinue use if child can climb out or exceeds height/weight limits.
Avoid cords, soft bedding, and gaps that pose suffocation or strangulation hazards.
Prevent entrapment with covers and always provide supervision.
Place infants on their back to sleep unless advised otherwise by a physician.
Never use if damaged; contact for replacement parts, do not substitute.
Ensure sides are locked, avoid plastic films, water mattresses, and use only as intended.
Do not use commercially, in vehicles, or modify with non-original accessories.
Verify all listed parts are present before assembly.
A Philips screwdriver is needed for assembly.
Reach Customer Service at 1-888-569-7288 if any parts are missing.
Unfasten straps on the mattress pad before proceeding with setup.
Set the mattress aside to allow space for play yard assembly.
Pull up side rails until they click and ensure all 4 top rails are locked.
Hold one end up and push the center of the play yard down.
Place the mattress pad with the soft side up into the bottom of the play yard.
Fasten the 4 straps from the back of the mattress pad through the play yard bottom.
Unfasten the 4 straps and remove the mattress pad before folding.
Pull the plastic tab on the center floor hub all the way up.
Squeeze the button on the underside of the top rail and lift to unlock.
Push each of the 4 unlocked top rails down.
Push all 4 sides together to collapse the play yard.
Wrap the mattress pad around the folded unit.
Fasten the straps on the outside of the folded unit.
Place the folded unit inside the carry bag.
Close the carry bag by fastening the zipper.
Do not use when infant pushes up or reaches 15lbs; whichever comes first.
Avoid gaps and soft bedding; use only manufacturer-provided pads.
Place infants on back; use only provided or specifically designed sheets.
Avoid strings, never place child under bassinet, always supervise.
Bassinet must be fully assembled with tubes, clips, and pad before use.
Do not modify, store in play yard, use with other brands, or move with child.
Avoid outdoor canopy to prevent overheating; store hooks when Lil' Nesti is removed.
Remove mattress, place bassinet, attach 16 clips to top rails securely.
Insert metal tubes together in the bottom of the play yard, ensure connection.
Place mattress pad inside bassinet and press down to flatten.
Fasten bottom straps and press pad onto hook and loop patches.
Always keep child within arm's reach and never leave unattended.
Securely attach table; avoid trapping child between table and frame.
Do not use for sleeping, on other surfaces, or with non-original products.
Maximum weight is 25lbs; do not use if damaged.
