Why does the bobbin thread or needle break on my usha Fashion Stitch Sewing Machine?

  The bobbin thread may not be threaded properly in the bobbin case, lint might have collected in the bobbin case (clean it), or the bobbin could be damaged and not turning smoothly (exchange the bobbin). The needle might be incorrectly inserted, bent, or blunt. The needle clamp screw could be loose. The tension of the needle thread might be too tight. The fabric might not be drawn to the back when sewing is finished. The needle might be too fine for the fabric being sewn, or the pattern selector dial might have been turned while the needle was in the material.
