For polished, gloss and other smooth
finishes, polish may be used to clear
small scratches and scuffs on the finish.
Mild automotive detergent may be used to
clean the product. Do not use dish detergent,
abrasive cleaners, abrasive pads, wire
brushes or other similar products that
may damage the finish.
DANGER
Danger of explosion. Do not use this product for storing or transporting flammables,
explosives, hazardous materials or hazardous waste, such as containers of gasoline,
solvents, gun powder, dynamite, propane tanks, acetylene tanks and cutting torches.
WARNING
Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer's recommended capacity.
Do not interfere with factory-installed safety equipment.
NOTICE
Before you begin installation, read all instructions thoroughly.
Proper tools will improve the quality of installation and reduce the time required.

  • Installation Steps:
    1. Preparation: Before drilling, users must check under the truck bed to avoid puncturing or obstructing brake/fuel lines, electrical wires, or fuel tanks. Special care is needed for fasteners near the fuel tank to prevent damage during a collision.
    2. Positioning: Remove the bottom two drawers from the tool box, place the tool box on the mounting surface, and mark the mounting surface using the guide holes on the inside of the tool box.
    3. Drilling: Drill 1/4" holes at the marked locations.
    4. Securing: Align the holes in the tool box with the drilled holes in the mounting surface. Insert one 1/4" hex bolt and a flat washer from the inside of the tool box. Secure it with another flat washer and a nylock nut on the underside of the mounting surface. Repeat for all mounting holes and tighten all hardware.
    5. Reassembly: Re-install the bottom two drawer slides.
