What to do if my V-tech IS7121A Telephone does not work at all?

If your V-tech Telephone isn't working, ensure the batteries are correctly installed and charged. Check that the power adapter is securely plugged into an outlet and the telephone line cord is firmly connected to both the base and the wall jack. Try unplugging the base, waiting 15 seconds, and plugging it back in, or removing and re-inserting the batteries. To identify the problem, disconnect the telephone base from the wall jack and plug in another working telephone. If the other telephone doesn't work, the issue likely lies with the wiring or telephone service.
